Glad for cooler weather!!

Hello, I'm glad the weather is cooler. And I'm also glad the lights and everything else is working again!! Would not make a good Amish person! Not much going on right now around here. Just finished VBS last week, that was fun being with the kids. We had about 12 kids, they we're a good bunch of kids to be with. They really seemed to like it. I'll put up pictures later of the VBS. Well better close for now.

Storm Pictures

Hello all, here are some pictures from the severe storm from Monday night. The power is still out at our house so I am at my Mom's again. The pictures are from around our neighborhood.

Severe Storms!!

Hello folks! We had severe thunderstorms last night. We don't have any power, so I am at my Mom's house now so I can check my email etc. The storm knocked three wires down in our backyard and they said the power might not be back on until the weekend. There also was a tornado that touched down in Griffith not to far from us. So I am thankful we did not get any damage except for the power going out. I will try to post some pictures tomorrow.

Birthday Party 2008

This is Matthew and me celebrating our birthdays. His is the 28th and mine is the 29th of July. He turned 18 and I turned 48! Oh to be 18 again....:) Hope you enjoy the pictures of our birthday party! (Sorry the pictures are not in order. I'm new at this stuff:)
